The purpose of the cement concrete mixer is to mechanize the mixing of cement concrete. There are many types, and the classification methods and characteristics are as follows.
1. Classified by operation method
According to the operation mode, there are two types: cyclic operation type and continuous operation type.
The three processes of feeding, stirring and unloading in the circulation operation type are carried out according to a certain time interval cycle, that is, mixing according to portions.
Because all kinds of materials are accurately weighed, the mixing quality is good. This type of operation is mostly used.
The above-mentioned three processes of the continuous operation formula are carried out continuously in a longer cylinder. Although its productivity is higher than that of the circular operation type, the mixing quality is poor because the mixing ratio of each material and the mixing time are difficult to control. Use less.
2. Classified by mixing method
According to the stirring method, there are two types: self-falling stirring and forced stirring.
The self-falling mixer is to put the mixture in a rotating mixing drum. With the rotation of the mixing drum, the blades in the drum lift the mixture to a certain height, and then freely scatter it down by its own weight. This goes on over and over again until it is evenly mixed. This kind of mixer generally mixes plastic and semi-plastic concrete.
In the forced mixer, the stirring drum does not move, but the blades placed on the rotating shaft in the drum are forced to stir. This kind of mixer has good mixing quality and high production efficiency; but it consumes a lot of power and the blades wear quickly. Generally suitable for mixing dry hard concrete.
3. Classified by device
According to the installation method, there are two types: fixed type and mobile type.
The stationary mixer is installed on a pre-prepared basis, and the whole machine cannot be moved. It is large in size and high in production efficiency. It is mostly used in mixing buildings or mixing stations.
The mobile mixer itself has running wheels, and is small in size and light in weight, so it has good maneuverability. Applied to small and medium temporary projects.
4. Classified according to the way of output
There are two types of discharge methods: tipping and non-tilting.
The tilting type relies on the stirring drum to dump the material, rather than the tilting type to rely on the stirring drum to reverse the discharge.
5. Shape classification
According to the shape of the mixing drum, there are five types: pear-shaped, drum-shaped, double-conical, disc vertical shaft type and circular groove horizontal shaft type. The first three are self-falling stirring; the latter two are forced stirring, which are seldom used in China.
6. Classified by stirring capacity
According to the stirring capacity, there are large (discharge capacity 1000~3000L), medium (discharge capacity 300~500L) and small (discharge capacity 50~250L).
The model classification of commonly used mixers is mainly composed of model codes and main parameters. For example, JZ350 means: a self-falling mixer with a discharge capacity of 350L, a conical shape, and a reverse discharge.
