1. Structural optimization design

The stirring paddle adopts a double-screw staggered layout (the inner screw diameter is 80% of the barrel, and the outer screw is close to the inner wall with a gap of 5mm), with a 45° blade inclination angle, which produces a compound movement of axial pushing and radial stirring during rotation, forcibly breaking up the caking of sticky materials. A certain model has a detachable polytetrafluoroethylene scraper (hardness 50 Shore A) embedded on the edge of the screw belt, which scrapes off the material adhering to the barrel wall as the main shaft rotates (linear speed 2.5m/s). A food-grade model uses jacketed steam heating (pressure 0.3MPa) and a hollow stirring paddle design (hot water circulation) to control the material temperature uniformity within ±3℃.

3. Crushing and dispersion auxiliary device

A detachable crushing paddle (4-6 blades, 30% faster speed than the main belt) is installed on the main shaft of the screw belt to break up the initial agglomeration through high-speed shearing (linear speed 12m/s). Some models are equipped with an ultrasonic disperser (frequency 40kHz, power 1kW) on the top of the cylinder, using the cavitation effect to destroy the adhesion between material particles, and using negative pressure suction (-50Pa) to take away the water vapor generated by friction to prevent the material from agglomerating due to moisture and heat. For highly viscous dough materials, a variable frequency adjustment function (speed range 10-60rpm) can be configured, pre-mixing at 15rpm when starting at low speed, and raising to 35rpm to complete mixing after the material softens.

4. Collaborative control of process parameters

Adopt a segmented mixing strategy: initially mix at a low speed of 20rpm for 5 minutes, and spray 0.5-1% of the material with a food-grade anti-sticking agent (such as lecithin); then increase to 40rpm for 10 minutes, and heat the barrel to reduce the viscosity of the material by more than 40%. When unloading, start the reverse speed function (-15rpm), and push the screw in the opposite direction to prevent the discharge port from being blocked. When a chemical equipment processes epoxy resin, the PLC presets the "heating-stirring-crushing" linkage program, reducing the agglomeration rate from 25% to 1.2%, and shortening the mixing time to 60% of the traditional process.
