How to use CT dryer machine to dry mushroom?
Normally use CT hot air to dry mushroom in the market,because CT dryer machine use hot air to dry mushroom,the drying temperature can be controlled and hot air will not damage the mushroom. Also there are some notes for drying mushroom.pls read carefully.
Precautions for drying mushroom
1.Heating and cooling should not be too fast, only gradually increasing or decreasing, otherwise the mushroom cover will wrinkle and affect the quality.
2. The maximum temperature should not exceed 65 ℃, otherwise it may burn easily
3.The dried shiitake mushrooms should be packaged in a timely manner and stored in a low temperature, dry, and dark place
