A. Crushing The crushing force generated when the two broken working faces approach is used to break the material. The jaw crusher, roller crusher and cone crusher are all crushing machines based on crushing.
B. Crushing is to use the splitting force when the sharp teeth are wedged into the material to break, the force is concentrated, local fragmentation occurs, and the brittle material is broken.
C. Breaking The material is like a two-point (or multi-point) beam that is subjected to concentrated load between the broken working faces, causing the material itself to fracture.
D. Grinding and peeling The two broken working faces are relatively moved on the material to apply shearing force to the material, so that the material is broken. This force is suitable for the grinding of fine material.
E. Crush It is the use of impact to break the ore. Impact is the force that acts on the ore instantaneously. For example, the crushing force of the impact crusher is mainly the impact force.
